Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same item, please contact us at support@tickngo.com with your order number and photos if applicable.

Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for your return.
If the gift was shipped to the buyer, we’ll refund the gift giver directly.
